Would you like to serve on the Downtown Inc Board of Directors?

Board of Director: March of each year is the election of officers and nominations for service on the Board of Directors. Officers are elected by the Board. Qualified to serve as a Board Director is: any person, partnership, firm, corporation, or entity who owns real property within the Community Management District is eligible or may select a representative.

Merchant and Resident Representative: If you own a business in the Community Management District or reside within the boundaries and would like to be considered to fill these two positions, the Nominating Committee would like to talk with you. Chairperson is Elise Luckham who can be contacted through the Downtown Inc offices at: 714-547-6100.
