Restaurants Open at This Time
The OC is now under a Stay-at-home regional order and DTSA restaurants are open for takeout and delivery while retail is still open at a lessened capacity.
Santa Ana has innovatively joined a handful of US cities to deploy al fresco dining by creating eight temporary parklets along 4th St/Calle Cuatro along with opening restaurant patios and limited-capacity indoor dining.
We look forward to bringing back some of these special measures that were reinvigorating downtown's dining ecosystem last year:

We look forward to bringing back some of these special measures that were reinvigorating downtown's dining ecosystem last year:
- Sidewalk Dining – Santa Ana is one of the first cities in the country to allow restaurants to place small tables & chairs for outdoor dining (without impeding pedestrians from walking)
- Food Island – around 22+ temporary parklet dining areas have been added along 4th Street
- Outdoor Patios – limited-capacity with social distancing in place
- Free Takeout Parking - there are 18 take-out only Free parking spaces across downtown
- Free 2 Hour Parking Structures - the parking structures provide 2 Hours Free Parking
